Botphonic Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

Eligibility Criteria

To be accepted into the Botphonic Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Operate a legitimate platform or business (website, blog, YouTube, email list, agency, etc.).
• Provide valid contact and payment information.
• Not be an employee or direct family member of anyone working at Botphonic.
• Not engage in activities that violate local or international laws.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.

Commission Structure

You will earn a commission for each qualified purchase made by a customer using your unique affiliate link.

Commission Details:

• Standard Commission: [e.g., 30%] on each successful first-time payment (excluding taxes and discounts).
• Recurring Model (if applicable): [e.g., 20% recurring commission for each renewal].
• Special Tiers: High-performing affiliates may qualify for higher rates and bonuses.

What counts as a qualified sale?

A sale qualifies only when:

• The user signs up through your unique affiliate link.
• The customer makes a successful payment (no chargeback, no refund).
• The sale is not made by you or your close associates (self-referrals are prohibited).

Cookie Duration & Attribution

• The Botphonic affiliate system uses cookies to track referrals.
• Cookie window duration: 60 days from the first click.
• If a customer returns within this period and makes a purchase, you will be credited.
• Last-click attribution model: If multiple affiliates refer the same user, the last-clicked link before purchase gets the commission.
  

Payouts & Payment Terms

We pay commissions monthly under the following conditions:

Payout Policy:

• Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹1000 (or $50 USD).
• Payment Method: [PayPal, UPI, bank transfer – specify available options].
• Payment Schedule: 1st to 15th of the following month after sale validation.
• Validation Period: 30-day post-sale hold to accommodate refunds and chargebacks.

It is your responsibility to ensure correct payment details are on file. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Approved Marketing Channels

We support creativity in promoting Botphonic but require affiliates to follow ethical and legal standards.

Allowed Promotion Channels:

• Content blogs and websites.
• Email newsletters (opt-in only).
• YouTube videos or social media.
• Paid ads with targeting (restrictions below apply).
• Review platforms and influencer content.

Strictly Prohibited:

• Spamming or unsolicited messaging (emails, comments, DMs).
• Misleading or false claims about Botphonic or its features.
• Cookie stuffing or using hidden iframes.
• Advertising on illegal, adult, or violent content platforms.
• Using Botphonic brand terms for PPC campaigns (unless pre-approved).
• Pretending to be an official Botphonic representative.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination and loss of any pending commissions.

Brand Guidelines

You are permitted to use Botphonic’s name, logo, and approved marketing materials provided in our affiliate resource center. However:

• Do not modify logos or branding.
• Do not present yourself as an employee or official partner.
• Do not use copyrighted Botphonic videos or creatives unless explicitly allowed.

All promotional content must maintain the brand reputation and tone of Botphonic.

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

• If a referred customer requests a refund, cancels within the refund period, or initiates a chargeback, your commission for that sale will be voided.+
• If a commission has already been paid out for such a transaction, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.
  

Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.

Upon termination:

• Your affiliate account will be deactivated.
• No new commissions will be earned.
• Pending commissions will be paid if they meet eligibility and are not subject to dispute or fraud.

Botphonic reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions due to fraud, abuse, or violation of terms.

Confidentiality

As a Botphonic affiliate, you may receive confidential information regarding our marketing strategies, pricing, or future features. You agree not to disclose this information to any third party unless legally required.

Limitation of Liability

Botphonic will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (loss of income, business interruption, etc.) arising out of your participation in the affiliate program.

We make no guarantee of income, and results may vary based on your promotional efforts.

Modifications to Terms

Botphonic may update or modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to conflict of law provisions.
